Poland is a "hot spot" for shared services centres (70,000 currently employed in SSCs which main areas of specialization include: accounting and finance, HR, IT services, Customer Support as well as R&D).

The growing number of SSCs has created a significant need on the Polish market for both professional technical and language skills (to include English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Norwegian to name a few) and forced us to master the sourcing processes of candidates.

We have built our expertise on an international level of sourcing by co-operation with such centres in Poland in the last couple of years.
