I follow the principle that it is always worth listening, talking and helping, and all that starts with a good and sincere dialogue.
For many years I have been working with HR departments and conducting joint projects. These were not only recruitment projects, but also benefit ones. In professional conversations I value openness and when it comes to work activities, reliability and partnership.
Privately, I have been a proud father for two years, and my daughter Natalia has taken over my private life almost entirely. For our family walks we take our beloved dog, Junior, with us.
