I have been working at Kelly for 9 years.
I am currently a Recruitment Manager. Together with my team we carry out recruitment projects, mainly within our specialties. What really works well for us are projects related to sales, marketing, finance, SSC/BPO, HR and administration, engineering and management & consulting positions. We believe that to be really good at something, you have to be specialized.
I started my work at Kelly as Office & Marketing Manager, where I was responsible for company’s fundaments - administrative support and promotion of our activities externally... to know how to present something to the world, you need to have a lot of knowledge about how it works :).
After some time I got an offer to start implementing what I used to promote... This is how I joined recruitment team, starting my adventure with recruitment from marketing positions. As time passed I started to do more and more projects, I included "sales" to my specialization list. And when the number of projects started to grow rapidly, first of the researchers began to support my work. I started to build a team, which currently consists of 8 people. They say that 8 is a number symbolizing infinity... there must be something to it!
The greatest strength for me in Kelly are the people, and in my daily work I value openness and uncompromising honesty. Every feedback is a helpful clue that I try to use to be a better manager. I believe that people have good intentions by nature.
Privately, I am a mother of two little scamps. It was motherhood that taught me not to make assumptions but to adapt my actions to current circumstances :).
