HR Administration Specialist
Location: Warsaw | currently HO

Currently we are looking for an experienced HR Administration Specialist with significant knowledge of Polish labor law and procedures. This role supports our administrative team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Carrying out employment procedures and being responsible for timeliness of contracts, medical examinations, H&S trainings.
  • Being a first point of contact for our Employee and providing them necessary support regarding their remuneration, leaves and business trips, etc.
  • Being a first point of contact for our Employees for additional benefits and bonuses.
  • Preparing employee record (contracts and other documentation).
  • Staying in constant contact with our Clients.

  • have a deep understanding of Polish labour law.

  • speak Polish and English on at least advanced level.
