For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: Interim Talent Manager
Location: Warsaw

ROLE:
As an Interim Talent Manager, you will provide operational leadership on all processes and initiatives that support cultural, organizational, talent and leadership development strategy and goals, working as a member the broader Human Resources team. To be successful in this role, you will work in close collaboration with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Training & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to align, plan, and execute globally-consistent and locally-customized development and retention activities that target our highest risk and high potential talent pools.
This role will be responsible for leading all organization and change enablement efforts in the implementation of our integrated culture and talent model across the employee life cycle, including onboarding & assimilation, performance achievement, professional and leadership skill development, career pathing and internal mobility, talent assessment, and employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-10 years in and HR generalist, talent management and/or leadership development role
  • Experienced in building effective working relationships, including senior leaders and act as spokesperson for an area's talent agenda
  • Experienced in developing mobility and success plans for key strategic roles and building development plans for high potentials
  • Experienced in leading and facilitating leadership development programs and team building interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse client base, including senior managers and leaders, HR, consultants, etc. This includes excellent communication skills, cross-cultural skills, and the ability to address conflicts productively
  • Preference for strong familiarity with professional services, consulting or outsourcing business models
