For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Communications Specialist


  • Implementing internal and external communication projects including editorial support, web, intranet, social media and other communications initiatives.
  • Writing and proofreading of content including articles, letters and other communications materials.
  • Creating presentations, infographic, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines.
  • Supporting key events/exhibitions in close collaboration with country communications and/or Marketing team.
  • Supporting internal and external communications activities in Technology and R&D centers.
  • Updating and maintaining content of internet, intranet and social media.
  • Compiling regular reports, newsletters and maintaining local communications platforms (sharepoints, etc.).
  • Preparing organizational announcements, updating organizational charts in collaboration with HR and maintaining distribution groups.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.


  • At least 2 years working in Communications or Marketing fields or related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business administration, or other relevant related discipline.
  • Business fluency in Polish and English with strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign etc.).
  • Detail oriented with high level of organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global team from remote.
  • Ability to be flexible in accommodating time zone difference for team engagements/meetings.
  • Experience in social media, internet and intranet a plus.
