Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in international recruitment companies both large, structured and small, boutique start-ups. In companies like Antal and Mensys I was responsible for setting up and performance of a new teams in support functions disciplines. Since the beginning of 2016 I am managing operations of Kelly Services in Poland being responsible for business development and growth of specialized business lines in perm recruitment, temporary employment, outsourcing and services like Project Resourcing, RPO, MSP.
My focus is on relationships that have partnership at their heart. Customers will benefit from the highest quality of service as a result. We achieve this through a driven, highly talented group of individuals that I am proud to lead. Our ability to overcome all possible barriers is what allows me to celebrate common success with our customers and colleagues collaboratively.
On a personal level I am a happy Husband and Dad of two smiley, blonde girls😊
